We love our Berkshire pigs and believe that they produce the best pork available. The meat is well marbled and because they are fed 100% certified organic feed, it is hard to find pork of similar quality.
100% Certified Organic Fed CHICKENS
Our pastured chickens are free range and fed 100% certified organic feed. They are free to roam and have dust bathes and sun bathe as they desire. Their meat is the cleanest and most flavorful you can find.

Our flock of hair sheep (primarily Dorper with a few Katahdin ewes crossed in for hybrid vigor) produce a meat which is milder than lamb from traditional wool breed sheep. Wait until you try one of our legs of lamb. It will melt in your mouth!
