GRASS-FED LAMB
Available year-round based on the growth of individual lambs. (Sometimes there will be a gap of a few weeks.)


We started our flock with Black Head Dorper Sheep. These sheep are bred specifically for their meat, without the big wooly coat that needs shearing. They don't produce as much lanolin, so their meat has a mild, delicate and wonderfully-balanced flavor.
