SUBSCRIPTIONS NOW AVAILABLE! In response to numerous requests from our customers, we are now offering you the opportunity to directly support our production of high-quality meats by purchasing shares in our newly-formed CSA!
WHAT IS A CSA?
Through our CSA, which stands for Community Supported Agriculture, you can buy a share of our future harvest NOW and receive monthly deliveries of the meat in one of our seven packages, as it is harvested. This allows us to create capital to produce our products, and it provides you with a steady supply of meat at a discounted price.
DIFFERENT CSA OPTIONS
We are offering CSA subscriptions in a variety of different meat packages. You can buy packages that will provide you with monthly deliveries of Grilling Meats, Slow-Cooking Meats, Ground Meats or you can choose packages containing all three types of meats in three different total package sizes. Please pick the Package you would like from our  Subscription Form.
* Please note that we may provide you with any of the meats listed in the different categories for your particular package.
Specific package contents will be determined by what is ready at each harvest.
DELIVERY LOCATIONS & TIMES
Initially, we will be delivering CSA packages to three different locations once a month.
The current pick-up times are:
San Mateo, September 9th, 4:00-7:00 p.m.
Livermore, September 9th, 8:00 p.m.
Lafayette, September 10th, 4:00-7:00 p.m.
- Additional locations will be added once we have six participants for a new location. We are keeping a waiting list of people who are interested in other locations, so please email us with your interest if one of these locations doesn't meet your needs.)

You will sign up for your preferred delivery location at the time you purchase your chosen package. (Details of the exact location will be forwarded closer to your first pick up date.) Your pick-up location will remain the same throughout the duration of your subscription. You are responsible for picking up your package at the location and time you agree on, otherwise you will give up your right to that package.
We are very excited to be able to offer our products to you in this new way. As the program grows, we expect to be able to offer more delivery locations.
HOW TO SIGN UP!
If you are interested in purchasing one of our share packages, please sign up on the attached form. Please fill out the online Sign Up form. And pay here with PayPal.
We are anticipating our FIRST DELIVERY in mid-August, and will need you to sign up by JULY 15th to include you in that delivery. Our supply for the first delivery will be somewhat limited, so please let us know soon if you would like to sign up.
